Two Augustana wrestlers ranked individually in the WCA poll

NEWBERRY, S.C.- Two Augustana wrestlers were ranked by the Wrestling Coaches Association released on Thursday night.

Aero Amo moved up four spots coming in at No. 4 in the 184-pound weight class, and Michael Lowman moved down three spots to No. 8 in the 285 pounds division.

Amo last weekend defeated No.7 Joe Gomez by a 5-1 sudden victory to improve to 16-1 on the year. Lowman was idle last weekend.

Augustana will travel to Kenosha, Wis. to compete in the Ranger Duals this Saturday. The Vikings will take on Findlay, Mckendree, Indianapolis and Tiffin. The first match will begin at 9 a.m.
