Backstage Reason for Recent Quick Title Changes

Recently, there have been really short title reigns for The New Day, Sasha Banks and Akira Tozawa. Backstage reports indicate that Vince McMahon was the one who decided on these quick title changes. The feeling is that Vince McMahon is in one his phases where he wants to do quick title changes as often as possible. 
Like how it was for The New Day, Sasha Banks and Akira Tozawa, it is clear that Vince wanted the heels as the champions and he wanted the faces to drop their titles on TV to get the people talking.
