Major Reason WWE Isn’t Negotiating w/ Anthem; Hardys Take on Feud

Another major reason WWE is not negotiating with Anthem for the “Broken” trademarks and gimmick is because if they began to work out a deal with Anthem to acquire the rights, they would acknowledge and accept that Anthem owns the gimmick.
The Hardys believe that their main argument is that they feel their agreements were repeatedly violated and as such, in the legal sense they feel that the contract won’t hold up in court.
