Rude’s Brood (Ravishing Rick Rude, Mr Perfect & The Rougeaus) vs Roddy’s Rowdies (Rowdy Roddy Piper, Superfly Jimmy Snuka & The Bushwhackers)
The main feud in this one was between the two captains, which started earlier in the year at SummerSlam. In pre match comments, Rude boasts about having Fabulous on his side in the Rougeaus along with the man with the perfect record. Perfect says it will be a perfect night and he has the perfect way to eliminate Snuka, while the Rougeaus mock the Bushwhackers mannerisms. Roddy’s team fight over a half eaten turkey then sing about turkey bones, with Roddy saying they’re wild, they’re bold and don’t do what they’re told.
Roddy’s Rowdies take it in turns to bite at Perfect. Jacques Rougeau showboats, as he flips over the ropes and performs a kip up, then goes to hug his brother Raymond. Snuka isn’t impressed, quickly going on the offesnsive and putting Jacques away with the Superfly splash. Snuka doesn’t take kindly to Rude gyrating in front of him and headbutts him out of the ring. Rude accidentally pulls the top rope down on Perfect while trying to re-enter and the two argue. Snuka bangs both their heads together. After commercials, we see Piper and Raymond duke it out, with Piper catching Raymond with a piledriver for the pinfall. Perfect works over Piper, giving him his classic snapmare/rolling neck snap combo. Piper catches Perfect with a slingshot, then mocks Rude, as Perfect does a 360 in the air off of a single punch. Bushwhacker Butch comes in with more biting, but Perfect quickly rolls him up for three. Perfect escapes a Piper rollup, before being attacked by Bushwhacker Luke. Rude leaps off the top rope into a gut punch. Luke follows up with a faceplant, but gets caught with the Rude Awakening to level the playing field. After another break, we see Perfect and Snuka collide. Piper and Rude engage in a slugfest, which spills to the floor. Both get counted out as they brawl to the back. Perfect outwrestles Snuka, before dropkicking him through the ropes and suplexing him back in from the apron for a nearfall. Both exchange rollups. Snuka attacks in the corner, Perfect rolls through a cross body and hooks the tights for two. Snuka makes the mistake of putting his head down and gets caught with the Perfect plex for the 1-2-3. Snuka attacks the Genius after the bell, but Perfect pulls him to safety before Snuka can hit him with a Superfly splash. Sole Survivor: MR PERFECT.

Too Cool & The Hollies vs The Hardys, Edge & Christian
The Hardys and Edge and Christian were one month removed from thrilling fans with their Ladder Match at No Mercy, which put both teams on the map. Too Cool were the rebranded Too Much tandem of Brian Christopher and Scott Taylor, while the Hollies were fighting amongst themselves as much as with their opponents. We join the match in progress. Matt Hardy crotches Crash Holly on the ropes and knocks him to the floor. Everyone engages in a contest of can you top this, as Matt hits a pescado and Grandmaster Sexay catches him with a sick sunset flip powerbomb on the floor. Christian lands on top with a springboard dive and Scotty 2 Hotty follows with a rolling senton from the apron. Jeff Hardy joins the party, courtesy of a Hardcore Holly backbodydrop over the ropes. Edge trips Hardcore up and attacks him on the floor. Back inside, Christian catches Crash in a powerslam. The Hollies retaliate with a Hart Attack for two. Grandmaster connects with a running bulldog, puts his goggles on and ends up getting crotched in the corner. Edge spears everyone in sight, including Matt by mistake after Scotty leapfrogs over him in mid-flight. Scotty blocks Jeff’s Twist of Fate and pushes him into Edge, who gets rolled up by Hardcore for the 1-2-3. Scotty quickly eliminates Matt with a top rope DDT. Scotty goes after Jeff, kicking his legs from under him and landing the WORM without any fanfare.
Christian saves Jeff by low blowing Too Cool as they are both perched on the ropes. Jeff hits a 450 splash and pins Scotty. Christian and Jeff double team Crash and combine to hit Poetry in Motion in the corner. They try it again, but Hardcore hits Jeff in mid-air with a missile dropkick. Grandmaster comes off the ropes with a guillotine legdrop to pin Jeff. As Grandmaster dances, Christian surprises him with a reverse DDT for the 1-2-3. The Hollies work Christian over, until Christian counters a double backbodydrop by tossing Hardcore. Christian reverses Crash’s slam into an Unprettier to level the playing field. Hardcore tosses his cousin over the top rope. Christian tries to hook a victory roll, but Hardcore drops down and hooks Christian’s legs for the 1-2-3. Sole Survivor: HARDCORE HOLLY.

Kurt Angle, Mark Jindrak, Luther Reigns & Carlito vs Eddie Guerrero, Big Show, Rob Van Dam & John Cena
Angle and Eddie had been feuding on and off throughout the year. Angle, Jindrak and Reigns had also just shot Show with a tranquiliser and shaved his head. Show has his ankle taped, courtesy of an earlier Angle attack. Carlito cheated to win the U.S Title from Cena on his debut, before Cena was allegedly stabbed by associate Jesus in a nightclub, to explain Cena going off to film the Marine.
We pick things up at the start. Cena has chased Carlito and Jesus to the parking lot. Jesus attacks from behind, allowing Carlito to hijack a car. Cena fails to bust through the windows and the pair get away. As Cena makes his way back out to the arena, the match starts with a brawl on the floor. Show hiptosses Jindrak in from the apron and works him over. RVD hits a windmill kick, before combining with Eddie to hit a springboard senton/rolling thunder combo. Eddie takes out Jindrak and Reigns with a headscissors/flying armdrag sequence. Angle attacks Eddie from behind to turn the tide and put Latino Heat in the wrong corner. Reigns hits a couple of backbreakers and a side slam, while Jindrak wears Eddie down.
We come back from a break to see Eddie give Jindrak a hurracanrana to break another resthold. RVD peppers Angle with kicks, shoulder thrusts and a monkey flip out of the corner. A reverse enziguiri puts Angle down. RVD is feeling froggy. Jindrak goes to pull Angle clear and ends up taking the Five Star Frog splash. RVD knocks Reigns off the apron with a spin kick. Angle rolls RVD up and hooks the ropes for a messy 1-2-3. After some confusion, RVD is eliminated. Eddie immediately rolls up Jindrak with his feet on the ropes for the 1-2-3. Angle gets mad, and pulls down the straps as he calls Eddie out. Angle flees when Show tags in. Show attacks Reigns, sees Angle coming and plants the Olympian with a big boot. Reigns dives at Show’s ankle, but Show quickly goozles Reigns with a chokeslam to eliminate him. Angle is about to suffer the same fate, but he counters with the ankle lock. Show struggles and manages to send Angle through the ropes. Angle decides to walk out on the match. RVD intercepts and Angle backs up into Show. Angle cries and tries to call for a time out. Show throws Angle back in, where Cena hits an FU and Eddie lands a frog splash. Show rolls in to pick up the decisive pin and RVD sticks around to celebrate with his team. Survivors: EDDIE GUERRERO, BIG SHOW & JOHN CENA.
