Earlier tonight, TNA sent out a “breaking news” update to their mobile subscribers teasing a “new investor,” reports prowrestling.NET. In an interesting twist, this new investor is female. “Sources within TNA would not reveal HER name,” read the text.

— At the conclusion of tonight’s Impact broadcast, a shot of someone’s back was shown in a pre-taped segment. It was Samoa Joe, who said, “Main Event Mafia, let me introduce you to the real Samoa Joe.” He then turned around with Samoan face paint on.

— In TNA wrestler birthdays, Shark Boy turned 34 years old on Wednesday and Taylor Wilde turned 23 on Monday.
