Conor McGregor Announces His Retirement From UFC

One of the biggest UFC fighters in history, Conor McGregor has today announced his retirement from MMA, bringing an end to an incredible career.

Of course, you can take this with a pinch of salt as McGregor has announced ‘retirements’ in the past, and has previously stated he was in talks to fight this Summer.

McGregor posted on Twitter that he is officially done with Mixed Martial Arts, wishing everyone well going forward in competition. He ends his career with 21 wins and 4 defeats.

Hey guys quick announcement, I’ve decided to retire from the sport formally known as “Mixed Martial Art” today.
I wish all my old colleagues well going forward in competition.
I now join my former partners on this venture, already in retirement.
Proper Pina Coladas on me fellas!
