Jimmy Jacobs Title Match Confirmed
Jimmy Jacobs made a surprise return to independent wrestling promotion AAW in Chicago on Friday night, marking his first appearance there in nearly three years.
After challenging Rey Fenix to a match for the AAW Heavyweight Championship, and declaring the Berwyn Eagles Club the “house that Jimmy Jacobs built”, the match was made official for November 25th at Logan Square. It was also confirmed that Penta El Zero M will defend the AAW Heritage Championship against Impact Wrestling star DJ Zema Ion at the show.

Another year, another hip hop legend changing his stage name to something incrementally more ridiculous. We’ve seen Snoop Dogg become the reincarnated soul of Bob Marley (aka Snoop Lion…for some reason), but now get ready for Sean “Brother Love” Combs!
The 12-time Grammy nominated artist posted a video on Twitter this weekend while celebrating his birthday, stating that he would no longer answer to the name “Diddy” or “Puff Daddy”. Apparently, those names no longer reflect who he is as a person… He now shares a name with legendary WWE manager Bruce Prichard.
While we don’t know if Combs had Prichard in mine when choosing the new moniker, he has had a well-documented love for professional wrestling as well a close relationship with WWE for a very long time. He personally curated the soundtrack for last year’s WWE 2K17 video game, has guest starred on Monday Night Raw, and introduced Machine Gun Kelly before his live performance at WrestleMania 28.
I decided to change my name again!
