Yoann Huget goes full French, almost shrugs the Six Nations right out of Ireland’s hands

FRANCE WIN A turnover penalty on their own line and the Six Nations is coming back to Ireland. But wait, Yoann Huget, the stubbled mercurial wing, is gesturing to his team-mates to fan out.

He is taking it quickly, Irish hopes be damned. The French go nowhere, as England manically seek a turnover. Eventually, Rory Kockott – the South African who doesn’t have nonchalant blood pumping through his veins – decides that he would prefer to hit the post-match banquet a little earlier and boots the ball into the stands.

The Irish nation decompress and give Thierry Henry a 50% let-off for THAT handball.

Okay, maybe only 25%.

Unsurprisingly, the Twitter reaction from Ireland was basically ‘OMYGODWHATTHEF*CKAREYOUDOING??????’

On the scale of baguette to beret, Huget’s quick tap was about a skinny moustache.

The Six Nations table makes for sweet viewing this eveningNever in doubt! Ireland secure back-to-back 6 Nations titles on stunning day of rugby
