“We know that to serve the diverse needs of our customers we need to be present in the community so we’re opening new branches where it makes sense, both in neighborhoods that are growing, and ones where there aren’t enough branches. Our goal is to have the right branches in the right communities and serve the financial needs of our diverse customers,” Chase added.
Since 2019, Chase has opened 18 new branches throughout Connecticut, bringing the total number of branches to 59.
Chase has opened four new branches in 2023, and officials said there are plans to open one more in Guilford before the end of the year.
