Free Food, Free T-Shirts: Roostys Chicken & Shakes Grand Opening Nears
MINOOKA, IL — People who have waited for several months for the first Illinois Roosty’s Chicken and Shakes to open in Minooka will be able to order food in about a week. Minooka’s newest fast-food restaurant is owned by Kerem Kok in the Parker Square shopping plaza at the corner of Ridge Road and Mondamin Street.
“The wait is over! Please join us for our grand opening on Saturday, March 23rd. Ribbon cutting and Grand Opening will be at 11 a.m! FIRST 100 Customers will get a free Roosty’s T-shirt AND a chance to win one of the fifty $20 gift cards!” Roosty’s posted on Facebook on Wednesday.
According to its Facebook page, “Roosty’s is the home of cluckin’ good signature Chicken Sandwiches, Wings, tenders and more.”

When Roosty’s opens on March 23, it will stay open seven days a week and its hours will be: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 8 p.m. Sunday. The address for Roosty’s is 454 Mondamin. To look at their entire menu, visit the Roosty’s Chicken website.
It will open right next door to the new Chipotle Mexican Grill along Ridge Road at the former 7-Eleven storefront.
