Casa Stellina Ristorante’s menu features Naples-style dry pasta; house-made pasta; entrees with chicken, veal, beef, and more; Roman-style pizza; appetizers; sides; salads; and more. Chef Fabrizio Facchini moved from Italy with his family and has lived in New York since 2017.
Michael Catania, general manager of the restaurant, said everyone “falls all over” for the authentic Italian food that Facchini serves.

“Everybody seems to be really happy, really excited,” Catania said. “We’ve got some great social media posts. As far as the food, we’re lucky the chef does a great job here, so making great food is easy. We take care of the people, and that’s what brings them back. We’re really happy and everything’s been really well received.”
Tom Milana said he and his crew are looking forward to the fall after summer went “so far, so good.”

The family also owns Stellina Ristorante in Oyster Bay before opening in Farmingdale a few months ago.
“Stellina and the Milana family are quite incredible,” Oyster Bay Supervisor Joseph Saladino said. “Anything they touch turns to the best type of facility, the best restaurants, the best food places. It’s such a welcome addition to Farmingdale, where you already have this terrific destination. Great restaurants, great activities, lots of fun. They fit in perfectly. All that the mayor, the village, and the way the chamber of commerce supports the stores, fits in great with the personality of the owners. Their places in Oyster Bay have become incredibly popular and have become some of the anchors in downtown Oyster Bay, and we’re sure Stellina will do the same in Farmingdale, where they’re joining with an already incredible downtown. Everyone on Long Island should visit downtown of Farmingdale and enjoy all the places that Farmingdale has to offer, including this brand new, wonderful, Italian cuisine establishment, the great Stellina.”
Joseph Garcia, president of the Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce, said it is “always exciting” to watch a business grow up.
“Thank you for choosing Farmingdale,” Garcia said. “Thank you for choosing Main Street to invest your — I’d say money, but it’s more than that. It’s time. It’s energy. It’s time you’re not spending with your family. It’s time you’re not going on vacation, because you’re here doing this.”
Farmingdale Village Mayor Ralph Ekstrand said he’s already eaten at Casa Stellina several times.
“The food is unbelievable,” Ekstrand said. “I love the pistachio pasta; that is unbelievable. It’s super. We love you.”
Ekstrand encouraged the restaurant to get involved with the chamber of commerce and Farmingdale Business Improvement District to voice their opinions.
“Welcome to Farmingdale. You’ll do very well here,” Ekstrand said.
Catania said Casa Stellina is “really happy” to be a part of the main area of Farmingdale.
“Everyone around us has been really great with supporting us,” he said. “Charlotte’s Desserts, The Villager, Vico across the street. We’re just really happy to be here and to bring our flavor into Farmingdale.”
