New Latin American Eatery Opens In Metuchen
METUCHEN, NJ – Prepare to take your palate on a new adventure. A new Latin American restaurant recently opened in Metuchen.
Latin Port opened its eatery in Downtown Metuchen and is located in between La Rosa and Sumiyaki Japan.
A grand opening ceremony was held over the weekend and Metuchen Mayor Jonathan M Busch was present. He welcomed owner Viviana Portalatin and her family business to the community.

“We are very proud that Viviana and her family have chosen Metuchen to open this truly wonderful place. Please join me in welcoming Latin Port to the Borough,” Busch said on Facebook.
The eatery brings the rich and traditional flavors of Latin American food to the Borough. Their menu features tinga, costillas, Cuban masitas, Costa Rican carne en salsa, Brazilian moqueca, Peruvian rostisado and more.
