Burbank Man, Accomplice Charged In Fatal Cicero Carjacking: Police

CICERO, IL — A Burbank man is charged in a carjacking that left a Cicero man dead the day after Christma. Issac Vaca Hernandez, and Chicagoan Jason I. Eady, are facing aggravated vehicular hijacking and first degree murder.

Around 4:30 p.m. Dec. 26, Cicero police officers responded to a shots fired call at the corner of 19th Street and 49th Avenue. When officers arrived, they found Alejandro Trujillo with multiple gunshot wounds. Trujillo was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital where he died from his injuries.

Cicero detectives and investigators from the West Suburban Major Crimes Task Force were able to identify the pair as the suspects, police said. Eady, of Chicago, was taken into custody by Cicero Police Detectives and members of the Cicero Police Special Operations Division, near a residence in Lombard two days later.
