Y2J vs. Hardy Feud Cut Off, Hornswoggle Fans Disappointed, Attendance Figures

— The working plan was for Chris Jericho to engage in a long program with Jeff Hardy, but due to Hardy’s suspension, that’s obviously off the cards. Also, the Jericho vs. JBL feud was originally programmed to go longer, but the feud wasn’t clicking and stylistically, JBL works better with Finlay and Jericho works better with Hardy.

— A number of fans were disappointed in Hornswoggle not appearing at the 3/8 SmackDown/ECW house show in Oshkosh, WI. Of course, he’s selling his storyline injuries. The local publicity was built around Hornswoggle since he was born in the city. Torrie Wilson was also advertised to appear at the show, but she’s still out with a back injury and was unable to do so.

— The Oshkosh show drew 2,600 fans. The 3/9 SmackDown show in Dubuque drew 3,000. The 3/9 Raw show drew 5,500 fans.
