Police Report Reveals Whether Or Not Enzo Amore Was Aware of Rape Investigation Prior to WWE Firing
Since his release from WWE, former Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore has maintained he was unaware that he was the subject of a police investigation on accusations of rape, and that he learned of the investigation when his accuser went public with the allegations.
Pro Wrestling Sheet has obtained the full police investigation report from the Phoenix Police Department, and the documents appear to confirm Enzo’s claim that he was not contacted by police regarding the investigation. Documents reveal that police began working on the case on October 23, 2017, and prior to Enzo’s accuser, Philomena Sheahan, going public with her claims on social media, Enzo was not contacted by police.
“After the victim public disclosed the active investigation, the suspect [redacted]now had knowledge of the investigation and all contact was directly to his attorneys,” explains the police report.

The police report adds a forensic exam, which was taken four days after the incident, did not show the presence of any male DNA on the alleged victim.
Back on January 23rd of this year, TMZ released a video, which you can watch above, featuring Philomena Sheahan accusing Enzo of rape, and describing what she claimed happened back in October of last year. On the very same day the video was released, WWE terminated Enzo Amore, and reports indicated after the release that one of the reasons why Enzo was let go is because he failed to disclose to WWE officials that he was the subject of an ongoing police investigation.
