Drake Maverick Reveals His Vision For 205 Live, “Transformers” & “Unsolved” Star Appears On Smackdown Live (Video)
We reported earlier that Rockstar Spud Drake Maverick was looking to reveal his vision for 205 Live and the cruiserweight division.
WWE has posted a video on their YouTube page, which you can watch above. In it, Maverick talks about his former persona Rockstar Spud, and interestingly enough, shows some pictures that clearly show “Impact Wrestling” in the background.
Drake Maverick references the critically acclaimed CruiserWeight Classic, but says that along the way, the cruiserweights lost their way. The video runs through several comedy segments, which of course, is very unlike anything that anyone expected the show to be. Instead, Maverick is looking to give opportunities to everyone and anyone, which we’ve seen with guys like Roderick Strong, Mark Andrews, and more.
He states that 205 Live is a place for competition, and the best grapplers, strikers, and the high flyers.
Simply put, Drake Maverick wants the best cruiserweight competition in the entire world on 205 Live. The video is definitely worth a watch.
Transformers & “Unsolved” Star Appears On Smackdown Live
As was seen on tonight’s Smackdown Live, Transformers star and star of the new USA show, Unsolved, Josh Duhamel appeared in a segment with Tyler Breeze & Fandango, AKA Breezango.
The segment involveed them talking about unsolved mysteries, and how Breezango has solved many mysteries, and have even solved the one that Duhamel is trying to solve on his show, which is finding Big E!
Big E comes out, much to Duhamel’s confusion, but he had to explain that he’s not a real detective, and the show is to solve the crime of Biggie Smalls, not Big E. Pretty funny segment, and Duhamel seemed happy to be promoting his show, airing tonight.
